Dreamcatcher made their comeback with their new release entitled Good Night on April 5.
This marks Dreamcatcher’s first return as a reformed group under their new moniker. Dreamcatcher had previously worked under the name Minx.
Good Night is heavily influenced by heavy metal via a Jpop filter and it’s a solid new release that shows the group’s potential to occupy a unique territory in Kpop. A section of the genre otherwise vacant at this point, but Dreamcatcher may become leaders of a new trend in Korean girl group metal pop.
We’ll wait to see what Dreamcatcher does next.
